We purchased 7 properties in Columbiana county. One of them was a vacant farm house that had not been occupied in years. We are currently under construction and plan to have it on the market mid-December.
Apartment Complex
We are currently under contract on a 7 unit apartment complex looking to close mid-November. We plan to bring rents up to market rate and refinance out the equity.
