Why NE Ohio?

Along with its beauty, Ohio has become an investors paradise. Largely blue collar, the market growth has not experienced similar appreciation spikes like the rest of the US. However, a dense population by area has kept rental prices up for strong cash flow returns. The Youngstown area itself boasts over half a million people with both Cleveland and Akron showing more than one million in population; all just a one hour drive from one another. Manufacturing jobs have shifted away from the area allowing for other factory and industrial work to take its place. The future is bright for this geographical location and we look to be apart of it.
